Payment and delivery
- Payment Terms
1.1. The price of the product/service is determined at the moment the order is placed and is shown on the website/advertisement.
1.2. Payment may be made by the following methods:
- Bank transfer;
- Payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others);
- Electronic wallets and online payment systems (PayPal, Apple Pay and others).
1.3. After making the payment, the customer is obliged to retain the payment confirmation receipt/electronic notification.
1.4. The order will be considered confirmed only after successful completion of the payment.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Georgia via a partner courier service or the company’s own logistics.
2.2. Delivery times are determined by the type of order and the customer’s address and on average amount to 1–2 business days.
2.3. Delivery time to regions may be extended, about which the customer will be notified in advance.
2.4. International delivery is carried out by agreement and depends on domestic customs and international transportation rules.
3. Delivery Cost
3.1. The delivery cost is calculated at order placement, taking into account its weight, volume and delivery zone.
3.2. For orders exceeding a specified value, delivery may be carried out free of charge (subject to the terms of the offer).
4. Liability and Warranties
4.1. The company is responsible for timely and safe delivery of the order. 4.2. The customer is obliged to receive the delivered product and inspect its condition upon receipt.
4.3. In case of detection of damage or incomplete contents, the customer must notify the company within 24 hours.
5. Additional Terms
5.1. The company reserves the right to change the payment and delivery terms without prior notice; however, all changes will apply only to new orders.
5.2. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
